Shadow work class & Meditation

 After spending the dark Winter months in introspection doing some soul deep work, let's do some shadow work before the Spring Equinox (March 20) to shake off anything still lingering that no longer serves our highest good so we are ready to begin preparations for the growing season ahead.
This is a class on how to explore the darker aspects of our personality. Here's why this is important:
"Humans, by their very nature, are not perfect beings...This is a fact, whether we want to admit it or not. Darkness lives inside each one of us. However, despite the messages sent by gory Hollywood movies and best selling novels, darkness does not have to be evil.
We all started our lives in the dark, in the comforting embrace of our mother's womb. We grew in the dark, nourished by the umbilical cord of our mother. Seeds begin their lives in the dark as well, planted deep in the fertile soil of Mother Earth. Only from the dark can we spring forth into the brightness of the light. Only by gaining nourishment from the dark can we blossom in the sun.

After the class, we will have a shadow work meditation as we flow with the waning moon energy by releasing anything that needs to go so we can reach our highest potential.
